Returned goods
If the product does not fit you, you can return any unworn item within 14 days from the day the package was delivered.
Please note that all items must be in their original, unworn condition to be accepted for return (unless there is a manufacturing defect).
Together with unused and undamaged goods in their original packaging and with all tags, you also send a completed return form.
After receiving your package, it may take up to 10 days for us to process the returned package and refund your order.
If you would like to exchange the product, please return it and place a new order on our website. Once we receive your package, please allow 5 business days for refunds to be transferred back to your account.
